Jeff has been the President/Owner of the sushi catering company, Sushi on a Roll, inc. for the past 18 years. He has catered primarily to major hotels and full-service catering companies, providing sushi for Country Clubs, Brunches, Concerts, Conventions and other major events. With over 25 years of experience in the San Diego sushi industry, he has also consulted for Seau's (Raw Mana) and Red Lion Hanalei Hotel (Island Sushi and Pupu bar), now the Crowne Plaza Hotel, in opening and designing their Sushi bars.
